Card transaction fees are charged by the provider on each sale you take: 1.3% on local debit (NAPS, Himyan), 1.9% on credit (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), 2.9% on international cards.

1. Application Requirements

Complete and submit the full application form.
Attach clear product photos, if applicable to your offering.
Provide your business name along with a website and/or social media profiles for verification.

All applications go through a review process; acceptance is not automatic and participation is granted at the organizer's discretion.

2. Product Eligibility

Vendors are permitted to display or sell items within these categories only:

Trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG)
Toys and collectible figures (e.g., Funko Pops, action figures)
Comics and manga
Anime and gaming-related merchandise
Video games, both retro and current-generation
Original fan art, prints, and custom creations (fan-made work must be clearly identified as such)

Not permitted: counterfeit or bootleg goods; merchandise deemed inappropriate or culturally insensitive. Every item sold must be genuine and fit the collector-community spirit of the event.
