This form registers your interest in vending - it does not guarantee a slot. Booth allocation is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once our team contacts you to complete payment.

Vector (AI/EPS/SVG) preferred, or high-resolution raster (min. 300 DPI) for print-quality roll-up banners - max 10MB.

1. Application Requirements

  • Complete and submit the full application form.
  • Attach clear product photos, if applicable to your offering.
  • Provide your business name along with a website and/or social media profiles for verification.

All applications go through a review process; acceptance is not automatic and participation is granted at the organizer's discretion.

2. Product Eligibility

Vendors are permitted to display or sell items within these categories only:

  • Trading card games (e.g., Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG)
  • Toys and collectible figures (e.g., Funko Pops, action figures)
  • Comics and manga
  • Anime and gaming-related merchandise
  • Video games, both retro and current-generation
  • Original fan art, prints, and custom creations (fan-made work must be clearly identified as such)

Not permitted: counterfeit or bootleg goods; merchandise deemed inappropriate or culturally insensitive. Every item sold must be genuine and fit the collector-community spirit of the event.
